From site visit
to finished install

Here's exactly what happens at each stage — starting with your site visit, through to the day we install your new equipment.

Your site visit

A technician comes out for about an hour to take measurements, walk the space, and talk through real options for your home. The visit costs $150, credited toward your invoice if you decide to move forward.
We price out every job individually rather than quoting from a fixed catalog, so your written quote usually follows within a day or so — the exact timing depends on how quickly we get pricing back on materials.
If you decide to move forward, here's what your install appointment looks like:

Before your install appointment

You'll get a confirmation email with your appointment details. If your job needs permits or inspections, we'll have already discussed that with you in advance — nothing new shows up on the day.
Please have ready before we arrive:
Keep the work area clear of furniture, storage, or anything else in the way.
Keep pets and other animals out of the space while our techs are working.

On install day

Depending on the scope of the job, one or two — sometimes more — of our techs will be on site. A typical furnace installation takes a full day, start to finish. Bigger or more involved jobs may take longer, and we'll let you know what to expect when it's scheduled.

After the work is done

If we installed new equipment — a furnace or heat pump — we register the warranty on your behalf and send you the documentation. Nothing for you to track down or fill out.
