What This Role Typically Involves
- Assisting with HVAC installations and system setups
- Supporting sheet metal workers with ductwork adjustments and fittings
- Helping insulators with mechanical and HVAC insulation tasks
- Performing minor repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on site
- Handling general mechanical tasks across multiple trades
- Working in residential and commercial environments
- Maintaining clean, professional workmanship
What We Look For in This Role

- Experience in one or more trades (HVAC, sheet metal, insulation, mechanical, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

- Reliable, punctual, and respectful
Requirements
- Experience in a mechanical, HVAC, or construction-related trade
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
- Tickets or partial apprenticeship training are an asset but not required
