What This Role Typically Involves

  • Assisting with HVAC installations and system setups
  • Supporting sheet metal workers with ductwork adjustments and fittings
  • Helping insulators with mechanical and HVAC insulation tasks
  • Performing minor repairs, adjustments, and troubleshooting on site
  • Handling general mechanical tasks across multiple trades
  • Working in residential and commercial environments
  • Maintaining clean, professional workmanship

  • Experience in one or more trades (HVAC, sheet metal, insulation, mechanical, or similar)

Requirements

  • Experience in a mechanical, HVAC, or construction-related trade
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work with tools and materials
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools
  • Safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them)
  • Tickets or partial apprenticeship training are an asset but not required
